General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Bleeding after sex in the menopause could be due to
vaginal dryness due to lack of estrogen, vaginal infection, cervix dysplasia, endometritis, endometrium and cervix cancer.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo following investigations: vaginal swab test, PAP smear, endometrial biopsy, USG scan to rule out above condition.
Doctor will give specific treatment according to cause.
Apply local estrogen cream
Ensure that there is proper lubrication before the intercourse.
You can use water based vagisil cream for lubrication
Hope this may help you

Contact HCM for the further health query
Best regards
