Bell's Palsy is the nerve problem where one side of your face is paralyzed and your lip hangs down and your eyelid sags open. Most people who have it take it very seriously just for the cosmetic reason. It can also lead to dryness in the affected eye and problems with eating and drooling at your mouth. I don't think there is any medicine for it (prescription or over the counter). I believe it usually goes away after a while.
