Is Back Pain And Loose Stool Normal In Pregnancy?

Hi, im 29 weeks pregnant and have had watery stools for the past 2 weeks, tonight it seems as if my bowels are leaking as i cant feel anything come out but when i clean myself its like blackish water on my bottom, nothing on my pants. I also have pain in my back from one side of my ribcage to the other. I think my baby has moved postion fom friday as i can only feel the odd movement inside of my belly and not on the outside.

HELLO DEAR
I have gone through your question , these all are symptoms of preterm labour you should consult your doctor immediately and get the thorough examination done and relevant investigation to see whether mother and baby are healthy or not.
Also to asses dehydration status as you are having loose stools from two weeks and for advice regarding fluid intake and supplements accordingly.
THANKS
