is auto immuno disorder noncurable? my sis is diagonised with fibrimyalgia and her ANA is 1:40 but all other blood tests are within the normal range . is she having auto immuno disorder?she had joint pains ( finger joints and back) and her vit D count is 3.

She may be having fibromyalgia and her symptoms could be related to low vit d please get her treatment started for vit d immediately.
