Dear sir I would like to suggest you that first be sure that you have hypertension or not.for that record your blood pressure at least 3 times over the period of one week and look at the reading . It should be recorded by expert hand and in relaxed conditions and every time in same arm for example right arm and in sitting position. Home monitoring of blood pressure is more reliable so possible record it at home..because in more than 90 % patients hypertension has no symptoms so it should be recorded with every visit in clinic . If your bp is more than 140/90 it's an indication of drug therapy . Drug should be started in its lowest dose and gradually increased if required . Apart from this certain life style modifications such as brisk walk for 30 minutes and maintaining BMI less than 25 eating salt and saturated fat restricted diet that is rich in vegetables and fruits . All this will help in reducing your blood pressure . For your pain in stomach we need few more information . Consult your physician for that. Hope this will help.
