Is Anxiety, Related With Rapid Heart Beat?

Hi, sometimes when I work out my heart beats really hard, and fast. More so hard though. And then when I lay down I can feel and hear it beating really hard--it almost seems like it takes so much effort for my heart to beat. this worries me is this normal? I also have a lot of anxiety and stress in my life, and am thinking this could be part of it. should i be worried?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I am sorry to tell you that you are a victim of your own negative thinking. If you have anxiety and stress in your life, then your current symptoms could be associated with them. For your information, hard and full heart beat is considered as healthy. Your problem could be your obsessive thinking. You know well 'Idle mind is devil's workshop'. Idle mind always goes towards negative thinking and in that process most of the thoughts become obsessive. Your problem clearly is obsession or obsessive thinking. When you concentrate on your body movements and they tend to become obsessive and you start noticing things which are normal and you start feeling they are abnormal. You need expert intervention.

You need counseling and psychotherapy. I shall provide you with the required counseling and psychotherapy techniques online, to overcome these problems. Please describe the whole problem in detail and post a direct question to me.
