In that case the earlier you have it, the better it is for you. No clinical procedure is risk free. There is usually excessive bleeding during the abortion procedure. Since you just had an abortion three months ago it may cause anemia. If you have surgical abortion there is a small risk of injury to uterus and cervix. Injury to cervix can increase the risk of late miscarriages. After the abortion if the pregnancy products are not completely removed/expelled it can result in infection. This infection may sometimes spread to tubes and ovaries and result in infertility and ectopic pregnancy. In my opinion if at all you wish to have baby later, it is better to continue with this pregnancy and not undergo abortion. Think with cool mind and decide. I hope this is helpful.
