Is Angioplasty Needed With EKG Showing Possible Septal Infarct?
EKG indicated possible septal infarct. Took stress test and echiocardiogram. Heart muscle does not appear to be damaged. Was told that results were good. Should I pursue this with internist, ask for angioplasty to make sure there aren't any blockages?
Hi, In your case if at all requires is Angiography which will give position of cardiac vessels for having any blockage and percentage of blockage. Question of Angioplasty comes afterwards seeing the percentage and branch of artery blockage. consult your cardiologist and discuss with him. Ok and take care.
