Is Angioplasty Needed With EKG Showing Possible Septal Infarct?

EKG indicated possible septal infarct. Took stress test and echiocardiogram. Heart muscle does not appear to be damaged. Was told that results were good. Should I pursue this with internist, ask for angioplasty to make sure there aren't any blockages?
