General & Family Physician 's  Response
Coronary angiography is the radiographic visualization of the coronary vessels after injection of radiopaque contrast media. The purpose of coronary angiography is to define the coronary anatomy and the degree of luminal obstruction of the coronary arteries. It is most commonly used to determine the presence and extent of obstructive coronary artery disease and to assess the feasibility and appropriateness of various forms of therapy, such as revascularization by percutaneous or surgical interventions. The risk of major complications is As your TMT test is positive so the next course of action is coronary angiography to define the degree of luminal obstruction of the coronary arteries. My suggestion is to follow your doctor’s suggestion to undergo for angiography. But you should be hypersensitive to radio contrast medium. Discuss it with your doctor and take all precautionary measures.
Advice
1.     Investigation – serum creatinine & blood urea before angiography

Thanks
