Is An Enlarged Liver A Cause For Concern?

my friend is alcoholic..bt he has stopped drinking for one week..his liver measured 16.2 cm..one of the doctor suggested him a tablet called vitzee to have it in the day of heavy drinking to protect his liver. So is it true that some tablet can protect liver from side effects of alcohol. I ll screen shot your ans and will send it to my friend
