Is An Early Heavy Period With Clotting Indicative Of A Miscarriage?

Hi I think I m having a miscarriage but not entirely sure as I wouldn t even know I was pregnant as its so early I m heavily bleeding a week before my period and I feel sick tired and pooping often...I m worried it s something serious in terms of cancer etc I just don t know what s going on I m clotting loads too

It is understandable to be concerned but cancer would not normally present in this way.
Cancers of the reproductive system in a female could involve the ovaries, uterus, cervix mainly.

Though abnormal bleeding can occur, it is not to this level most commonly.

Other possible causes would be fibroids, endometriosis or unfortunately a miscarriage as you mentioned.

An ultrasound would be the best option at this stage to determine the cause.
