Is An Anteroseptal Myocardial Ischemia A Dangerous Condition?

Hi! I just wanna ask, if an anteroseptal myocardial ischemia is a dangerous condition? The result of my ecg says i have one, i'm only 26, i also have 214 cholesterol. Before i'm not experiencing chest pain or difficulty of breathing, but now i do have chest pain. I wonder if is it dangerous for me. Any advice and knowledge there that could help me. Thanks!
