As per your query you have acne on face which occurs due to hormonal changes and when sebum get accumulated along with dead skin and bacteria in clogged pore of sebaceous gland. I would suggest you to apply clearasil face wash twice a day as it contain salicylic acid which is very good for preventing acne. Apply betnovate on acne twice a day for 2-3 days. Medication such as acnechio sotret glycomet, Minoz and zempred are good for use only on short term basis. After washing face apply cream containing azelaic acid. Avoid touching and pricking it with sharp objects. Exfoliate your skin one a week to remove the dead skin from your face. If condition doesn t start getting better in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment.
