Is Abortion Certain In The Absence Of Fetal Pole?
my wife was 8 wk pregnant. after the first usg the doc found that there is no fetal pole and yolk sac but gs was 0.66 cm. after 10 days they repeat the usg and now still there is no fetal pole but yolk sac is little bit seen and gs was increase to 1.09cm..but still doc sad there is a chance for abortion.. please help me and suggest the right solution..

just wait for one more week and check the usg.
depending on clarity of usg machine sometimes they will miss the fetal pole.
just wait for some more time.
in case the fetal pole is not visible its advisable to go for MTP.
