Is Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea And Vomiting Due To Lactose Intolerence?

I had severe stomach pains with burps that tasted like popcorn, all followed by severe diarrhea & vomiting. I think it could have been onset by my intake of milk. I drank a glass of milk in the morning & had awful stomach pains during the day & then had a glass of milk before bed. I had excrutiating pains then & that was followed by diarrhea & vomiting for hours. Could the pains be a milk allergy or would they be some other food intolerance? Or could they be from something else? I ate chicken, couscous & Brussels sprouts for dinner.
