Is A Squishy Testicle Suggestive Of Infertility?

One of my testicles feels mostly soft and squishy, like a portion of it just expanded and soft instead, and the rest of it feels like a normal ferm testicle. It s hard for me to explain in words but better if felt during a physical. All I want to know is if this will cause me to be infertile when I want to have children with my future wife.

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
A part of testis feeling soft and squishy instead of firm needs to be investigated.
An ultrasound of the testis will determine whether the testis has normal morphology or not.
If any abnormality is detected, a biopsy of the testis may be required.
On the other hand, it is quite possible that the testis appears normal on ultrasound and no abnormality is detected.
At the same time, I also suggest you to get as semen analysis.
A normal semen analysis rules out any functional abnormality of the testis.

Thanks and take care
