Is a small opening in my penis and having no semen unhealthy ?

I m 16 and my penis size is almost 2 and 4 (erect) . I dont know if this is healthy . I have no semen too . There is skin totally surrounding my penis and only a small opening . Are all these unhealthy? If so what should I do?

Size of your penis is alright,You do not worry,in the future you may not have any problem for sex or for having children.Development of size of penis depends upon Genes you are carrying.
Another problem you have got that you are having Phimosis,get it operated before you marry.Name of this procedure is called Circumcision operation.
