Is A Small Fall For A Baby Worrisome?

Hi, i was babysitting a 4/5 month old baby and two other children. We were outside and i put the baby on a little like bike type thing it wasn t even 1 foot tall. Her feet were almost touching the ground. She was having fun pressing buttons and things and listening to the music. One of the other kids kinda of shouted so i turned around for like 1 second and then the baby was on the ground. She had fallen on her back. And had fell onto grass. She cried constantly for about over 20 minutes. Then her mom came to get her and the second she got to her mom she was a lot better. Stopped crying and everything. The next day the mom told me she was a little fussy last night but was totally fine today. Is the baby going to be okay? I have been just so guilty about it.

Since, it's a fall from very less height and that too on grass, i don't think that its a serious issue.
Also, the child is playing well, there was no loss of consciousness, mouth bleed or seizures, so we can presume that everything is alright.
