Is A Small Bump In The Toe A Cause For Concern?

I have dried up blood under my toe nail from multiple soccer injuries within the last month or two. There is no more pain but was still wondering if it was too late to try to release any of the blood. Also a small bump on the nail was formed from the blood build up should I be concerned

General Surgeon 's  Response
Dear sir, your soccer injuries noted are common result of blows receiving some traumatic impact on tiny blood vessels underneath the nail beds despite protective footware and as it is painless and unlikely to grow as the clot formed would have almost instantaneously arrested expansion, thinking to meddle with small bump due to some inevitable lift received by the nail itself in this process is totally unwarranted as mother Nature is a kind and friendly for us to see that a clot will be absorbed in next couple of weeks. You may ignore this bump at this phase.
