Is A Slight Elevation In TSH Level A Cause For Concern?

I have no symptoms of thyroid but in the report I have got a slight TSH elevation 11.50 but it should be less than 5.50 and after a week again I checked it dropped to 6 and I am into bodybuilding with protein diets and non veg I have gained 40 kg in a years time with workout its not an unexpected weight gain ..it was planned what to do??

You don't have to worry at all..
This is a transient stage of high TSH and probably associated with your recent weight gain and high protein diet..
