Is A Sharp Pain In The Ankle Post An Injury A Concern?
I was recently in track when I felt a sharp pain in my ankle, what do you think it is? It hurts when i walk on it and lift it up. But when I run I do not feel as much pain. I do not see and swelling I just feel sharp pains on the left side and behind my ankle. Is there something to be concerned about?

Yes there is need for concern. This is most likely a soft tissue injury around the ankle joint or fracture if any of the bones around the joint.y
remember features can be of minor injury so you need to go for tests
1. x Ray of the ankle joint
2. MRI
