Is A Platelet Count Of 90000 In Blood A Concern?

Hello sir/madam I was having fever and severe headache since last four days.I have migraine as well as sinus.. But after taking an antibiotic and paracetamol my fever has subsided. But my Cbc report says DAT I have a platelet count of 90000..do I need to be hospitalised? What are the preventions DAT I must take? Please help me with your valuable suggestions

I understand your concern.
Platelet count with 90000 does not require hospitalization at this stage. However, if the fever has subsided, kindly get platelet count done again after 24 hours. If it s showing decreasing trend or drops below 70000, then you need to be monitored by hospitalization.
