Hi,welcome to HCM,
In case of past history of bypass surgery and a stenosed stent on prior angioplasty,it is always a better option to CABG/bypass as the last resort as this can give good results in presence of several blocked vessels. A pre op ecg and 2D echo can help to quantify heart's residual function. The overall outcome will be good in this case if performed in experienced hands.consult a cardiothoracic surgeon for further queries.
thank you
