Is A Missed Period, Cramps, Sore Back Pain, Constipation A Pregnancy?

i have missed my period by a week and a half i have felt cramps lower sore back pain and have had constipation also i feel exhausted this is how i felt when i was pregnant with my son so i did two pregnancy tests which came back negative i still feel like this and still dont have a period which is always on time do you think i could be pregnant or could it be another issue?

Hi dear I advise you to go for the Ultrasound test, blood beta HCG levels and a clinical examination under gynaecologist for the confirmation as you are not getting the periods for other complain such as cramps i advise you to take tab ibuprofen for severe condition and hot plates, do not delay and get the investigation done.
