I stuck a q tip a bit too far in my ear, not much, and it didn t touch anything, I just knew it went too far. Now I hear this machine like noise in my right ear. Since about 3:15 I felt like I couldn t ear well from it so I tried to clean it out and, well now there is this annoying ringing. Like a low pitch. Help *^*

Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
Thus could be due to ear drum damage.

I recommend you to get a Otoscopic examination of the ear to rule out ear drum damage.

Minimal injuries might heal on their own.

You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
