DOB- 5-27-83. I have 2 kids. I had a tubal ligation in 2007. I have been having heavy menstrual cycles for a few years. The last few months they have gotten bad. I go thru 2 boxes of tampons in a week. I have to sleep on towels. I have to change the tampon every 45m-1hr the first 2-3 days. I have had sudden weight gain the last 2 months. I am anemic. I stay tired. I pass huge clots the sz of a marshmallow & bigger. I never feel the urge to pee. I work at a radiology clinic so we did an mri 1-24-14 (yest.) w/ & w/o contrast. It has not been read yet. I have cysts on both ovaries which ive never had before. Some are septated. I also have a hypoechoic mass pushing on my endometrium. I also have an anechoic cystic type structure attached to the outside of my uterus. I have several other small cysts in my uterus/ cervix which r probably nabothian cysts. my pH in my vagina is off.... its tender to wipe & has a slight odor, so I had the M.A call me in some Flagyl. im waiting to hear from my dr to see when I can get an appt. im nervous. is this cyst & mass cancerous? ive never heard of a cyst on outside of the uterus.
