Is A Black Bruise Turning Into Scabs A Cause For Concern?

I have a small bruise about the size of a dime, and right in the center are two perfect little dots. They are slowly turning into scabs. I was wondering what they could possibly be, and will the bruise eventually go away (the bruise isn t sore at all, and it is black)?

The possible diagnosis from the description given is furunculosis. Furunculosis is an infection of the hair follicle.It can be treated with topical antibacterial creams like mupirocin.You must avoid pricking or fiddling with them else they might heal with pigmentation ans scarring.Regards.
