HI
Im diagoned with 11cm diameter subserol fibroid in posterior of my uterus. Im 34 years old and i planning for a baby.I was told by one doctore to concieve first and other told to remove it. Im so confused. I dont have any symptoms like heavy bleeding or any sort. Just a bit back pain sometimes. Please guide me what is the best option. Im so so so confused

Hi,
I understand your concerns. A subserosal fibroid does not affect pregnancy especially if you do not have any symptoms. But an 11 cms size fibroid is large and subserosal one can undergo twisting (torsion) later any time. So we advise you to get it removed before pregnancy to prevent later complications.
