Is Zinnat Effective For Fever?

Took my daughter to hospital on Sunday night and advised that she had an infection. We were given Amoxillin antibiotics and Calpol, but she still has a fever and looking unwell.. can we give her Zinnat or Augmentin? She is three months. Please advice. Thanks!

Antibiotics at the age of three months should not be given blindly.From the information provided by you I can conclude that she has fever of some days duration without any focus.In such cases we need to investigate to find out the cause of infection.
