Is Voltaren Gel Enough To Relief Back Pain?

My husband just fell backwards off a 8 ladder and landed on a cinder block. He got himself into the house and is now lying down. I put Voltaren gel on his back but he is pain. Should I force him to go to the emergency room? I ve already mentioned it and he doesn t want to go.

Falling from ladder and landing in back can be a nasty injury. What is his condition now. Can he stand or sit without discomfort. Rest, volini gel and a pain killer like voveron tablet are good primary treatment. If pain persist or aggravate, no harm in getting x ray done.
