General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
your history suggest more of meniere's disease.
In this you will experience episodic dizziness, vertigo, headache. It will relieve after sometime.
This occurs due to excessive secretion of endolymph (fluid like substance) within the cochlea (internal hearing organ)
vertigon is an anti histaminic drug that decreases the sensitiveness of internal ear, although it has other mechanism too.
i would advise to
Consult a ENT specialist, and get full work up done, and to get treated accordingly. there are other drugs that will produce effective remission of symptoms.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
I find this answer helpful
