Is UTI The Cause For Vomiting And Fever With Pus Cells In Urine?

Hi, my 6 and a half year old daughter is throwing up for last 8 days. She is having fever that comes mainly in the morning. Her urine report showed about 10-12 pus cells with leukocyte esterase positive. My peadetrician prescribed axenclav 200mg for five days (3ml 2x). But even after 5 doses, there is no alleviatio of her symptom. We went to dr again and he prescribed Taxim O after looking at the routine urine report. Please let me know if she has UTI or UTI and an enteric infeciton both? Her urine culture showed presence of enterococcus faecelis.

Hi....I feel it's an UTI. But to be certain that it's UTI due to Enterococcus faecalis infection I need to know the colony count mentioned in the urine culture report. Only if the colony count is more than 10 to the power of five, we can be 100% sure that it's due to the same organism.

Please get back to me with above details by asking a direct question to me.
