Is Tugain Advisable To Treat Thinning Hair In Men?

Hi doctor, i am a 24 yr old male and experiencing thining and receding hairlines. Baldness runs in my family.I am thinking of using cipla s tugain 10 , is it a good choice? Also what are some other things i can do diet wise for thicker hair and reduced hairfall

Thanks you for asking this question. I have undergone through your question. I understand your concern. Tugain contains minoxidil and it has been recommended for treatment of baldness. Its effects are seen after long term use (minimum 6 months). You have to use it for long time. After stopping it, hair fall again starts. As you are telling that your baldness is familial, I think minoxidil will help you temporarily. As of now you can continue using it. Hair wig and hair transplantation are other option for baldness.
