Hi welcome to the health care magic

You have been prescribed trenexemic acid for suspecting dysfunctional uterine bleeding like feature

But as bleeding still there you should be investigated with USG pelvis and per speculum examination....

This work up will help in identifying organic causes if present like polyp, cervicitis, fibroid, endometrial hyperplasia, endometriosis etc..

If needed pap smear and Hormonal estimation study also done for further work up

You will be prescribed along with trenexa, a drug called primolute N like synthetic progesterone

Take care

Hope your concern solved

With keeping my answer in mind consult gynecologist for examination
