Is Toric ICL Implementation Better Than Contact Lenses For Vision Correction? Poor Correction Due To Astigmatism?
Hi My brother(age 24) has near-sight with -5D spherical & -3.5D cylindrical in left eye. And -5.5D spherical and -3D cylindrical in right eye. His best vision-correction with glasses is 6/24 and 6/18. he tried contact lenses, with it, vision correction is 6/12 and 6/9P. he is not eligible for lasik due to thin cornea. only option left is ICL implementation. Will Toric ICL implementation result in better vision-correction than contact lenses. Is the reason for poor correction due to astigmatism.
