Is TB Medication Recommended In Case Of Pain Around Spine?

hi doc, i have got pain around my spine for 2 years but recently diagnosed through MRI, am currently on tb medication but still feeling slightly pain around the area. Am i responding to the medication? just 2 weeks of tb medication, i feel less pain waking up which gradual increase on activity of the day

Response is there since less pain and easir movement, however there should be periodical blood count,ESR to assess the effects of medicines
