Is Synovectomy, The Right Procedure For Villondular Synovitis?

i am suffering from pigmented villonodular synovitis in my right knee(age-20 years). i had a knee arthroscopy in july 2012. but the mass re grow after 5 months. now doctor has advised for knee synovectomy. i want to know the best doctor of india in this field.
