Hello Dear and thanks for the query
To be clear at the age of 24 it is very difficult to increase the height. Because at the age of 25 the process of occification of bone was completed and after that it is impossible to increase the height. Surgery of lengthing the lower limbs by a qualified surgeon can increase your height by 3-5 inches. In my opinion take supplements or other products at this age are of no use. But if you want to try you can. Surgery can be done at any age.
Hope this will help you.
Best Wishes
