Is Sotret, Azithral And Deriva CMS Gel The Right Treatment For Acne?
sir,
i am 22 yrs old female i have cystic acne problem(moderate).45 days before i consulted a dermatologist and he prescribed me 1) sotret 20 mg(4 consecutive days )2) azithral (3 consecutive days )3) neutrogena acne wash,4) deriva cms gel at night on effected area.is it a right medication for my problem because this medication shows no significant effect yet..pls give me a reply

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe acne on face which is mainly due to clogging of skin pores, stress and dehydration. It could be due to postinflammatory hyperpigmentation. Sotret, Azithral and Deriva CMS gel is the right combination of medications. I would suggest you to avoid exposure to oily, greasy and sharp food substances. Drink plenty of water. Don't use ant cosmetics and hard substances on face. Apply vitamin E oil at night. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil and apply them on scars. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-peeling and dermabrasion. You can apply aloe vera gel on them as well. Wash your skin 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your skin.Take diet rich in vitamin E.
