Is Sinarest Plus Syrup The Right Medicine For Fever , Dry Cough And Cold In A Child?

My daughter was having fever, cold and a bit of dry cough. Her ped advised Calpol for 3 days, now her fever is reduced but it comes back in 6 hrs so the ped changed her medicines and advised Sinarest plus.Is it safe to give his sryup to my 4.4 yr old daughter?
