Is Silver Sulfadiazine Advisable For A Mild Rash?

I have a rash under my breast. I was using silver sulfadiazine cream on top of the breast after a scalding incident. It has healed. I also was given lidocaine 2% jelly for the burn also after using the silver sulfadiazine cream. I am wondering if either of these can be used for a slight rash.
