Is Shelcal 500mg The Right Medicine For Knee Pain?

hII Doc... M having pain in my knee so I started taking Shelcal 500 from last 5 days in morning after breakfast, in result my pain getting low and m happy for that but I just want confirm that how long I should continue and is it good for skin & hair???

I read your question carefully and I understand your indecision.

Shelcal 500 is a combination of Calcium and Vitamin D, both natural components, not pain killers. While they do help in problems related with the bones and joints, they do it in a long term, I don't think that the pain relief is really related to their use, not in 5 days, it must be thanks due to the natural subsiding of the inflammation.
It is beneficial in long term though as I said, for hair and skin as well, so you can safely take it as much as you want, no worries on that regard.
