Is Raynaulds Causing Numbness And Tingling In My Hands?

I am 54 years of age female 5'2 and 9stone. I have SLE leading a good healthy life with mild symtoms. I have Raynaulds. Over the past few days I have noticed pain in both hands numbness tingling particularly in my right arm but occasionly in the left. I have been short of breath on and off for awhile. Do you it will pass or should I consult my GP?
