General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be having severe infection as WBC count is very high.
At present temperature is normal but it is likely that he might get temperature at any time.
You can give syrup paracetamol if temperature raises.
Give plenty of water and liquid and keep child well hydrated.
Ok and take care.
