Hello! Thank you for writing! There is no short cut to a good health and weight. There is no magic pill. I don't recommend you to use Oxyelite pro. I want you to inform about the history of oxyelitePro in liver/heart failures as well as stroke, multiple reformulations with FDA taking it off the market several times and then finding the company putting Prozac in its pills and trying to sneak DMAA (banned by FDA)back into the product. I suggest you to eat helathy including: a lot of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seeds and dietary. Portion is very important. Drink plenty of water and go for a walk every day for one hour in the fresh air. It helps in your overall health. Wish you good health. Best regards.
