Hello,

Welcome to Health Care Magic.

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr.Saddiq ul Abidin. I have read you question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

Oxidil, that is ceftriaxone sodium is basically a category B drug in pregnancy . it means it has no evidence of and harmful effect on the baby throughout pregnancy. So it can be used,if required.
Second part of your question is a bit serious issue. You are having spotting during 2months of preganacy and you also have a bad obstetrical history so you need to consider it. Spotting in early pregnancy is quite common. Almost 1 in every 3 pregancies have spotting and they deliver a healthy baby. But if there is any other symptom like cramping and the blood is bright red with clots then it may be 'threatened miscarriage' that is you may lose this pregancy. So in any such condition you need to review the amount of bleeding along with color and any other associated symptoms if so report to you doctor immediately.
But if there is no such additional symptom and its just spotting then you need to take good rest and let this pregnancy end with a healthy baby and happy mother.
