Hii , Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here

I have gone through Your query and will try to provide information you need on it

From Medical History You Provide It Doesn't seems to be a Boil because A Boil usually starts as a hard, red, painful lump , Over the next few days, it becomes softer, larger, and more painful
so
As you said it has no pain at all , i doubt it may variety of other medical conditions including an anal skin tag or external hemorrhoid
taking self medication wont help and not recommended until the diagnosis is confirmed

however You should not worried as these lumps are usually not serious and can be treated easily so i would strongly suggest you to see a ano rectal Surgeon to get it checked

I hope it help
