Is Nystagmus Problem Due To Primolut Depo Taken During Pregnancy?

Does the drug primulet depot harm the baby I have a son I was on the injection s when I was pregnant with him He suffers from nystagmus could this have anything to do with the drug he also as a problem pronouncing some wrds in is speech. Thank you in anticipation
