You can use normaxin under advise of gastroenterologist. It works by blocking the action of histamine on proteins; reducing muscle contractions and pain; calming the nerves in the brain; slowing down the natural movements of the gut as well as relaxing the muscles in the stomach.
Following treatment are also useful. Take it after consulting gastroenterologist: Drugs like imodium, imipramine, rifaxim. Capsule sporolac, Sublingual tablet of Vitamin B12 and folic acidTake soluble fiber like senna. Take small frequent meal rather than large meal. Take more yogurt and buttermilk.
Drink plenty of water (4-5 L/day). Avoid spicy/oily/fatty food. Do regular exercise like walking, running, 45 minutes in the morning followed by meditation for 20 minutes. Avoid stress.
Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.
