Is Norethisterone Advisable To Prepone Periods?

Hi im going to get married on 21st may 2016. My period suppose to fall on 20th may 2016 which is on my wedding eve.. i will have 28 days count before my next period.. i had my last period on 30th january 2016 which last for 5 days. I would like to know how to make my period to come earlier so that by the time i get married, my period is over? Can norethisterone help?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You may not be able to make it come early but you can delay it with the use of medication.

If you are using oral contraceptives, you can continue the pill without taking the 7 day break, this would prevent the period from occurring.

If you are not on contraceptives then you can use noretone /norethisterone from your doctor.
This is taken a few days before the period is due and works well.

You can speak to your doctor about either option.
